The contact form is processed by our website hosted on home.pl. It collects your name, company (if provided), email address, selected service, message, language and consent selection. An image CAPTCHA, a session-based CSRF token, a honeypot and rate limiting are used to protect the form from abuse; no external CAPTCHA service is used. The validated form data is sent over authenticated encrypted Gmail SMTP from dftechnicsite@gmail.com to info@dftechnic.com. Google processes the messages through the Gmail service; the hosting and email providers also process technical delivery information needed to provide these services. The website does not store submissions in a database.
